  • If the damage is confirmed, we will offer you the option of a replacement or a refund for the damaged items.

4. Refund Process:

  • If you choose a refund, the amount will be credited back to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after approval.
  • Refunds are issued only for the damaged items; shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Replacement Process:

  • If you opt for a replacement, we will ship the replacement items to you at no additional cost.
  • Replacement items will be sent using the same shipping method as the original order.
