What kind of wax are the candles made with?

Our candles are made with all-natural, non-toxic soy wax - the best choice for a clean and long-lasting burn. Experience the difference of soy wax and transform your home with our high-quality scented candles.

How big are your candles?

 Our candles are currently available in a small room-filling size of 6 oz. As we continue to grow and develop, we may expand our range of sizes to better serve our customers. Stay tuned for any updates and new offerings in the future! 

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept payment through PayPal, as well as all major debit and credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. You can select your preferred payment method at checkout. What Countries do you ship to?

At this time, we only offer shipping within the United States. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Please check back in the future for any updates on our international shipping options.

How much does it cost to ship my order?

We offer free standard shipping for orders over $50 within the US. Any applicable taxes will be calculated at checkout. Please note that we do not cover any duty charges or customs fees that may be incurred for international orders.

How long does it take for my order to arrive?

Typically, domestic orders can take 3-5 business days to arrive. Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location and any unforeseen circumstances that may impact delivery. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped, so you can keep an eye on your package's progress

Do you accept returns?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we accept returns for unused products within 14 days of delivery. Please send an email to info@theupliftingcandles.com to initiate the return process. Please note that custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. If your product(s) arrive damaged, please provide photographic proof within 7 days of delivery to info@theupliftingcandles.com. We will replace the damaged product(s) within 4 business days."
